The Hertie School is recruiting a Professor of Economics working on policy-relevant topics in the areas of macro- or international economics (broadly defined). We are looking for a scholar who can combine state-of-the-art research with the teaching profile and research agenda of a public policy school: high policy-relevance in research and teaching is required. The position is full-time and intended to be filled at the level of full professor, but particularly promising early career candidates will be considered, too. The expected start date is 1 September 2018.
